Anyone needing assistance:

9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. -- Monday to Friday

University or College Students needing assistance:

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon -- Saturday

Volunteer hours are whenever the Food Bank is open.

Groups can volunteer by phoning between 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday to book evening times. Please note that our calendar for evening groups can fill up quickly, so call well in advance to help us accommodate your group.

High School students can volunteer at the Food Bank for credit towards their Community Service requirements. During the school year, we have one evening (6 to 8 pm) and one Saturday (10 am to noon) each month that are set aside for students. You need to call to book this time in advance. We start taking names on the 15th of the month for the following month's sessions. During July & August, we provide time during the day for high school Community Service hours and we start booking for these summer hours after June 15th each year.

Individuals or families can volunteer at the Food Bank on the first and last Saturdays of each month, from 10 AM to Noon. We request that you call us ahead of time to register. Children under 15 who wish to volunteer must be accompanied by an adult.
