Food banks are there for those difficult times when there's no food at home and it's days or weeks until your next cheque.

The London Food Bank has been helping people since 1986. Last year each month we helped more than 2,500 families. Of the $2 million worth of food we distributed, more than a third (41%) went to feed children and youth.
